  1. I think what the person is saying is that friendship isn't just one giant thing it is a lot of little things like, happiness, love, caring, and lots of other things.
I agree with this quote because friendship a lot of different things it isn't just one big thing. It also means a lot of things.

  2. I think you the quote means that if you make one friend there is a chance that you will get a good friend from the person who you just made friends with. I agree with this quote because when I became friends with somebody, I made tons of others and I'm happy that we are still friends.

  3. I think the author is saying that friendship is really made up of lots of small things in your life. I agree with the author. I think that friendship isn't about big parties and events it's about playing games, being teammates, having fun, joking around and supporting and helping each other. An example of being a friend happened to me the other night. After a football game one of my teammates thanked me for helping him out in the game. It wasn't a big thing but it made me feel good.

  4. I think the author is trying to say that friendship isn't just a relationship with your friends. It's everything! Without friendship, you have a life without happiness.

I agree with the author because I have alot of friends that are really important to me. When you don't have any friends your life feels like something is missing. Friends help you and encourage you to do things. I think if I didn't have any friends, I would be missing a BIG part of life that would be as important as my family.

When I was little, I had a lot of friends, my life was perfect. My friends helped me with everything I needed to know. Friends were like everthing to me. They were like another family to me. Now I don't have as many friends as I did when I was little. My life doesn't actually seem as satisfying as before.

When my mom was little, she didn't have ANY friends at all, that was until she was in high school. She told me that her life wasn't really satisfying except for when she was at home. Then in college, she made friends and is now satisfied with her life. Her life was turned around when she found and made friends! Life is nothing without friendship!

  5. Friendship isn't a big thing-it's a million little things.

    -Unknown

I think the quote means that friendship just comes naturally. That friendship is a the little sparks of happiness that make your day.

I agree and disagree with the quote. Friendship can come easily to some people making it not as big a deal to have a strong friendship. But for others which friendship does not come so easily to having a strong friendship can be a big and exiting thing.

In my old school I had a hard time making friends, but with my sister it seemed to just come naturally. The more you have to work at something the more vaulble it is to you.

  6. I think that he quote means that when you have friends you don't just have friend ship, you also have loalty, genorosity, and trust. I agree with the quote because I think that my true friends are loyal, genorous, and trust worthy. I think that true friends are like that. When you don't have a true friend they are not loyal, genourous, or trust worthy. I also agree with the quote because I try to have those characteristics when I am with my friends. Friend ship is one of the great things about people. When I am with my friends I always feel that they are there for me and I am there for them.

  9. I think that this quote means that friendship is something that you should be grateful you have, and also that friendship is not 1 thing its many things like happiness, trusting, and the way you care about your friend. I agree with this quote because friendship's not your my friend I'm yours. It is more than that and have to have a real friend who you can trust and you care about to all how good it fells to have those millions of little things. In third grade, two of my best friends got in a big fight and I was stuck in the middle and I did not know what to do. But after I thought about it I brought them together by showing then that they don't want to lose all those millions of things. Friendship is a wonderful thing so appreciate it when you have it.

  10. I think that the quote means that a friendship is made up by many small memories. I think is also means that even though it is small it can still be something you remember and cherrish. I agree with this quote because life is one thing but many memories. It is one thing made up of memories. You will have sad and happy times with a friend but even if it is sad it can still be turned into a happy memory. I can relate to this quote because I have many really good friends and many really fun memories I got to have with them. I think that friendship can change your life. I think that friendship has two choices, It can build a realationship or brake one. I think that if you listen to this quote you will remember your long friendships and it will make your day even if your not friends with that person anymore.

  11. I think that the quote means that sometimes the smallest things in friendship mean the most. In my opinion most of the time one big thing doesn't add up to millions of small things. Sometimes if you buy someone something like diamond earrings I am sure that they will appreciate it, but if you made them something it would mean a lot more than the diamond earrings. My mom always brings food to her friends if they are hurt, or something in their life happened that was sad. For example when my mom's friend broke her leg it was hard for them to get food so my mom gave them dinner. I think this has the same meaning as the quote because my mom only did a small thing but that was probably the highlight of my mom's friend's day. I think that to be caring and kind is the best thing you can do to be a good friend.

  12. I think the quote means that one thing can make a friendship. But it is all the little things that the person does that make a great friendship. Like one of my best friends Marcus when I was really sad he ate a worm right in front of me just to cheer me up. And when I didn’t get a lot of candy on Halloween he gave me some of his. And even though we don’t live near each other he still calls regularly. That’s what I think the quote means.

  13. I think this quote means that all the small things that people do can make a friendship.
Yes, I do agree with this quote because when you help a person you get to know each other and become friends.
One time I helped a classmate with his school work. When we were done I asked him his name. Sam and I have been friends ever since.

  14. I think this quote means, that friendship is all about caring, helping, loving, supporting and all little things that make a friend feel special. I agree with this quote, because friendship is about that and going through good things and bad things. Like for example, with my friend Michelle. She had been mad or sad and I helped her to feel better, also we had had a lot of adventures together and been in really fun places like Vasa Park and Nightmare at Beaver Lake. For me, friendship is also a big thing because my friends make me happy and they are important in my life.

  15. I think the quote means that the small things can mean more than the big things, for example, some people a ring would mean more than car to them. I agree with this quote. I agree with it because friendship is a million little things. you cant just pick up their pencil and become friends. my mom's friend just had a baby a few weeks ago so she couldn't cook. My mom cooked her a whole big meal and brought it over. I think that is one of the little things in friendship.

  16. This quote means to me that friendship is made up of people who really care for you and will always be there for you. When friends help you with small things, like getting your jacket off of the wet playground when the bell rings, those small things in your life add up and you can see the true meaning of friendship.

I agree with this quote because I have seen it to be true in my life. An example of a little thing happened last Friday at the Walk-a-thon. I didn’t have any form of transportation home except for my feet, which were tired and had already walked 10 laps around Cascade Ridge. My friend noticed, and she offered me a ride home in the pouring rain. Another time I have seen this to be true in my life is when my family and I were off on vacation, my friend and her mom went out jogging and saw a pile of newspapers scattered on our driveway. They put the newspapers on our porch so no one would see that our house was vacant. Little things like these, and sometimes unexpected, add up and you can see the true meaning of friendship.

  17. I think the quote means that being a friend means you need to like a friend for not just one big thing but a lot of small things.
I agree with the quote because there is more than one thing about liking a friend.
When I have a friend I like finding stuff we have in common, liking each other, hanging out a lot and having sleepovers. The important things about being a friend is to trust them, to like them, doing good things for them and helping them. One time I was at the mall and I was sitting down and building the new toy I got. Then I saw a boy there. He was into the same toys I was Bionicles. We talked and I got his phone number. We talked on the phone and then he came over to my house. We had fun. Sometimes you have to take a chance even when you don't know a new friend very well.

  20. I think the quote means that building friendship takes a lot of effort and time. To have friends, you must do many helpful things for them and not just one big thing.

I agree with the quote because building trust, supporting each other, and sharing good times are only a few of many ways to build a good relationship with somebody. Just by playing ball with someone is not enough to make a friend.

One of my friends is always being kind, generous, supportive, encouraging, and very trust worthy. He gave me a gift for being a good friend, he wished me luck and showed interest in my taekwondo competition, and he is always saying optimistic things to encourage me. All the things he has said to me and done for me made him a true friend of mine. I would definitely do the same things for him.

  22. I think the author was trying to say that friend ship is complacated and there is alot of little different things that make one friend ship. Yes I agree with this quote because my friends and I have so many little things that I have done for my friends. One time I did one small thing I did for a kid named Jacob Garrett and now he is my best friend.

  25. I think the quote means that a friendship is not one big thing like buying your friend an expensive present, but is doing lots of little things like cheering them up or helping them with a report.

I agree with the quote because all my good friends do good things for me like keeping secrets and making me happy. All my friends who do something big for me every once in a while never are to nice.

P.S. My sister is always forgetting to sign out of her E-mail when she checks it and she is in gmail to so I always have to sign her out. I forgot that last time.

  26. “Friendship isn't a big thing - it's a million little things.” I think this quote means that friendship is like a puzzle. I agree with this quote because there are many different pieces to a puzzle just like friendship. Friendship isn’t only one big thing in life, it is made up of little parts, like happiness, silliness, sadness, and other feelings. I agree with this quote because everyone has at least more than one friend and each has many different feelings. I have found this to be true because each of my friends has a different personality. Some like laughing, some like doing art, and some like playing sports. So again I think this quote is totally true. Friendships also take a lot of time to put together and you might have some struggles along the way, but they are worth it just like finishing a puzzle.

  27. Friendship is not a big thing but you think its big to you. I think that friendship is one of caring, hugging, happiness, love, everything to each friend of yours. When my friends listen to me it means a lot to me, and when I listen to my friends it means a lot to them. My friends talk about their thoughts and what they are doing today and did yesterday.

  28. I think that this means that you can't just make someone your friend by giving them something expensive. It is the little things that count. I agree with this quote because if you win them over with money you might find out that they would stab you in the back. When I was watching a TV show someone was giving someone a ton of things and then the person who got all of the stuff stabbed the other person in the back.

  29. That quote really inspires me and it's a very good quote because I think it's true. I think that it means if one of your not-so-close friend did something big but it's just one thing then it's not that special. If one of your very close friends didn't give you one thing but a million things each day then that's special. I agree with this quote because a lot of little things can add up to one thing. This has happened in my life a couple times, one time was when my best friend Anja still lived here, she didn't give me, or I didn't give her one thing, We gave each other a million thing. Thats what it means to me.

  30. I believe this quote means that when you make friends, you can't do one immense good deed, and then stop doing nice acts all together. Consistently doing small things is better for a friendship. If you only do one big thing, eventually, the friendship will die; if you often do little things, then your friendship will last forever! If you could choose to do one very nice thing, or several small kind acts, which would you choose? I would do many little things. This quote is true because if you prove yourself trustworthy once in a big way, but don't do it repetitively, then eventually, your friends will stop trusting you. If you prove yourself trustworthy repeatedly, then a true friend will trust you for a long time.

  31. I think the quote means a friend will not do everything for you in life they will do little things for you throughout your life. I agree with this quote because I have friends that do a lot of good things for me each day that make my day a better day and make me feel good.
I have had friends invite over to swim in their pool, go to the movies and have sleep over’s. By including me in these activities it makes me feel good. When I have not felt well I have had friends call and say I hope you feel better soon. Again, it reminds me of how important friendship is in your life. I cannot imagine a life without friends.

  32. "Friendship"

Freindship isn't a big thing- it is a million small things.

I think that the quote means that if you have a friend then that is a million small things. I agree with the quote because a friend is sort of a big thing but mostly it is a million small things.I would say a connection in life would be, that my friends mean a lot to me, and if I were to have very few friend's then the more lonely I would be.

I think this quote means that your friends are going to help you along the way in life but it will not be a big thing just some tiny things. I believe this quote is true because friends can make you feel a lot better when your not feeling well. I don't think i could ever survive without friends.
