  3. 1) I am really excited for middle school because having 6 classes is really fun because if there is a class where you don't have one of your friends in then you have another class that one of your friends are going to be in.
2)I am nervous about remembering my locker combo because i can forget things easily. Since I have siblings that went to this school I have a skim of what the school map is. But fiding my way around is definately going to be something im nervous about.
3)One of the questions I have is if you choose multimedia arts/tech then what are the choices that you have. My other question is if you want to join orchestra and you dont like it can you just quit or do you have to stay a part of it for the rest of the trimester or the year.

  4. I didn't get to go to the field trip but I do know enough about BLMS to answer these questions.

    1) I am most excited about getting to be in different classes for each subject, meeting new people, eating really good lunch :), and getting to be in the same school as my sister.

    2) I am most nervous about my locker. What if I can't open it and I am late for class!! I am worried about this even though my sister told me it is easy to open! I am also nervous about class scheduals because the school distributes them on the first day of school and I don't want to be confused about where I am going!

    3) One qeustion I have is where are the classes because I want to be able to get from class to class without being late. I also want to get to my locker in time before class. Another qeustion is will I have the same teacher(s) as my sister did when she was in 6th grade. I am also wondering who my teachers will be and if we find out on the first day or before.

I can't wait for middle school. I know it will be a lot of fun!

How do you open a locker?
Do you have to be in PE if you particapate in a sport?
Do you have to take a shower after PE?

  12. BLMS is going to be really fun. I am excited about having six classes and being able to choose one of those classes as my elective. Six classes in different rooms will mean I will be able to stretch my legs after each one. This also means I will see different faces for each class. These different faces could mean new friends. Also, I am excited about doing cross-country and track. Lastly, I can’t wait to play the clarinet in band. It will be fun to play a new instrument and perform in concerts. I am sure this will be a great experience.
There aren’t many things that I am nervous about. However, if I had to pick one thing, it would probably be the amount of homework. When my brother, Rahul, was in 6th grade, I remember he had a lot of homework and extra projects. I hope I am ready for the challenge of trying to keep track of various assignments that each of my teachers want me to do.
Finally, my questions are I wonder what it will be like when I’m in the halls going to my locker with all the 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Also, with the large number of students, will I be able to get to my locker and get my supplies with enough time to spare to get to my class?
BLMS is going to be a blast because so many different things are possible in such a big school! I am quite sure of that.

  13. 1 The one thing I 'm most excited about middle school is that I will get my own locker. Also BLMS has periods and I will make new friends. The last thing I am excited about is that I can see my friends from Cascade Ridge, Endeavour, and Challenger and maybe we're going to be in the same class

    2. The thing I'm most nervous about middle school is to get lost in the first weeks of school. Also what about if I forget my locker combination or I can't open it.

    3. I have two questions. My first question is where the bus stop gonna be? My second question is how much homework I will get?

I think middle school will be a great, Can't wait!

  17. What am I most excited for?
I'm most excited for band. That is the elective I have picked for this year. This year, I will be playing the flute. I've played many instruments in my life, but I think the flute will be most fun.
    What am I nervous about?
I'm a little nervous on how to get to class each period. You get 5 minutes to get to your locker, take out whatever you need, and get to the class. I'm also worried about how I will get to each class. Beaver Lake Middle school is such a big building, and I wonder how I'm going to remember where all my classrooms are. I'm also nervous about the homework. Each day, my brother complains on how much homework he has.
    What are my questions?
One question I have is what will happen if you don't turn in your homework on time? I don't have a high reputation for not turning in homework, but sometimes I forget it. I also have a question on how to get all the classes. Do they give you a map on the first day of Beaver Lake? How do you get to each classroom?

I'm determined to make middle school the best! I can't wait until next year!

I can't wait until next year.

  23. 1. What I am most excited about is the instruments and sports you get to play and also, meeting new friends from other elementary schools. I think middle school will be the best, and in middle school you do a lot of fun things that you don't do in fifth grade.
    2. I am most nervous about the classes and how much homework you get. I know I will get frustrated of how much work I have to do, but I know I will get used to it. But for the classes, I know i will need help getting around to where my classes are.
    3. My first question about middle school is, How will every student know where to go?, Will our schedules be different or the same?, one more question I have is, How much homework do you get per class room?, and How nice are the teachers?

  24. 1) The thing I am most exited about at BLMS is going to different classes for different subjects, meeting new people who went to other school's in elementary school, and being able to buy lunches that wouldn't make me want to puke.
    2) Lots of people are most worried about not being able to open their locker, but I think I will be able to do that. What I am mostly worried about is not being in classes with my friends. school without friends would be BORING.
    3) One question I have is where will the classes be. On the trip to middle school that one night I definitely couldn't have gotten around by myself.

I think Middle school will be really fun and I can't wait 'till it starts.

  27. I cant wait for middle school! The thing I'm most excited about is my elective. My elective is called: exploratory elective. In this elective you have woodshop, art, and video. You have one every trimester. The thing I'm most nervous about is my grades. I have good grades, I'm just scared if a test comes and I haven't studied for it then I could get a bad score and I don't want that to happen. I only have one question about middle school and that is will I forget anything. Such as my locker code, where my classes are, and last but not least, where my locker is. I hope middle school school will be really fun and exciting.

  29. I am so excited about going to BLMS next year. We get to have six different classes and one class we get to have as an elective. We also get to see new faces and hopefully new friends in each class.

    1. What I am excited about is getting lockers, having combinations for lockers, the new teachers and new faces all around the school.

    2. What I am nervous about is the teachers. I don't know if they will like me or not or if they will think I'm annoying or not. (I really hope not.)

    3. The question I really want to know the answer to is who I am going to be with in classes and who I'm going to be by by my locker.

I am so excited for next year but I am sad to leave Cascade Ridge Elementary school.
